Your group will be the only one at REC Retreats, allowing you complete privacy and confidentiality. Take advantage of the multiple breakout spaces furnished with comfortable chairs and coffee tables. Move outside - the large outdoor deck has a harvest table with seating for ten, and Adirondack chairs for fourteen. Imagine working in the fresh air with a view of Mt. Baker and the Salish Sea – goodbye windowless conference room!

One-day Events...

$775/day up to 10 participants (9 am – 5 pm or any portion thereof)
$20/person for each additional participant (11-20)
No hourly minimum
Non-refundable deposit: $300
Full payment due three weeks prior to event.
Multi-day Events ...

Daily Fare
REC Retreats understands that meals are an important part of the experience and therefore, only "the best will do". Allow us to help arrange the food and beverage service - the exceptional food is locally prepared with high-quality, seasonal ingredients. Menus are varied and interesting. Most special diet requests can be accommodated, but must be arranged ahead of time (please contact REC Retreats with the specifics.) Consider dining at the historic Beach Store Café as part of your Island Experience.
If you prefer to bring your own provisions, you are welcome to use the kitchen facilities. Your group will be responsible for set up and serving. There will be an additional cleaning fee and a per person place setting rental.

Accomplish more, worry less. Kjerstin, REC Retreats owner and founder, stays onsite during your entire event. She is always available for equipment, facility and food service management. Benefit from her experience and thoughtful support.

Cancellation Policy
Event deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations of 14 days or fewer forfeit 100% of event fee.
Community Contribution
Every REC Event "gives back" to the community. REC Retreats donates 5% of the proceeds from your event to non-profit organizations on Lummi Island or in neighboring communities such as the Lummi Nation, Ferndale or Bellingham. You are invited to select the beneficiary and/or contribute an additional financial gift.
